In all of my years of training, competing, and modeling I’ve tried so many programs, had different coaches and experts, seen nearly every bodybuilding diet, and gotten great results from nearly every one.
Here’s the one problem, most are at least 8-12 weeks long! Who wants to diet that long? I would rather get results as soon as possible whether I want to lose a few pounds or get shredded AF. I did the latter in just 30 days!
